A very special congratulations to the graduating class of 2020. This has been especially hard for our graduating senior this year in the midst of Covid. I would like to take a moment to encourage you to press forward, to always believe in the power of your dreams, and to never allow anything to take them from you! We all face difficulties in life. We all have seasons of challenge and uncertainty. Hold close to your hearts the knowing that this too shall pass, in time we will move forward leaving this time in the past. As long as we keep our minds clear and our hearts set on our goals, while holding as positive of an outlook as possible, we will be equipped to take the next step when our moment comes. Best wishes to all of our seniors! I look forward to seeing all that you will grow to accomplish! All the very best! Christi
In light of our current events, our studio is closed as we observe social distancing. Initially our response was to offer outdoor sessions with the following stipulations. However, as we all find ourselves faced with continually making adjustments to our daily lives to protect one another and our families, all sessions will be postponed and the studios will remain closed until we are told it is safe to resume business as usual. Once we are given the go ahead, we will reach out to reschedule your session. We will still need to adhere to our initial response of stricter guidelines as follows for a period of time once services resume:
Photography services will be offered in an outdoor open air setting, with social distancing observed between myself and clients. Fortunately the most beautiful season of the year is before us, and we live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. From orchards, to farm settings, or along the waterfront, there are so many opportunities for stunning backdrops for your upcoming session.
During this time there will be some strict policies in place for your safety and comfort in knowing you are in good hands:
Props will not be available for use as this could be a potential issue with the spreading of germs, even though everything is cleaned between each use.
Payments will be make remotely in advance rather than in person, and the same will apply to proofing sessions. This will aid in the recommended social distancing of 6'.
All planning communications for sessions will be done via phone, email or FB messenger rather than in studio planning sessions. During this time we will plan our location, our date and time, wardrobe, and go over your wish list for your session.
You are more than welcome to bring any props you would like to use. I will bring an iPad along to show posing options at a safe distance and will take you thought the poses you like. But remember, candid photos are always a favorite as they capture true personalities.
If you have any special request that will make your session more comfortable for you, such as requesting I wear a face mask, I am more than happy to accommodate my clients. Your peace of mind and enjoyment is my number one concern.
These sessions can be a fun get away escape from indoors while enjoying the beauty of the Northwest and taking in some sun and fresh air. Not to mention the bonus of having treasured memories to hold on to for a life time from your special day!
Wishing all the best of health and unity you and yours during this time of uncertainty, and always,
